Our client a leading law firm is looking for Korean Bilingual Legal istant in Dallas Texas.
Below are the details:
Job Title: Korean Bilingual Legal istant
Location: Dallas TX
Duration: Permanent
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 4 days Remote 1 day after probation)
PreScreening questions:
- Are you fluent in both Korean and English (reading speaking and writing)
- Do you have administrative or legal work experience (Not required)
- Are you comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced legal istant who can work closely with attorneys providing comprehensive support in litigation and transactional matters. If youre pionate about isting others and are looking for a pivotal role in a fastgrowing firm we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Update clients in Korean and facilitate communication between clients and attorneys.
- Gather necessary information and doents from clients.
- Translate legal doents between Korean and English.
- Provide case updates and strategy summaries in Korean.
Legal istance:
- Conduct fact investigations and ist in identifying key legal issues.
- Prepare factual summaries and monitor legal/regulatory developments.
- Draft and manage legal doents including subpoenas deposition notices and pretrial orders.
- Coordinate with cocounsel experts and court personnel.
Administrative Support:
- Manage case deadlines and scheduling.
- Arrange depositions witnesses and other legal services.
- Maintain organized case files and prepare litigation binders for hearings.
- ist with client meetings and handle general office duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- No prior experience required though 12 years of administrative or legal work experience is preferred.
Ss:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (reading speaking writing).
- Strong translation ss for complex legal doents.
- Excellent communication timemanagement and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word) and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
