Overview:
Our firm serving from small businesses to global enterprises seeks a driven and detailoriented Tax Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is pionate about tax accounting and looking for an opportunity to handle challenging and impactful work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to optimize client outcomes and enhance business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high level of respect and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive firmwide initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accountancy Taxation or related field.
- 36 years experience in tax roles(or relevant experience) with a strong preference for candidates with public accounting experience.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is beneficial.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 30% of the time).
