QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detailoriented QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist to join an amazingteam. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining financial data in QuickBooks ensuring that our accounting records are uptodate and errorfree.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Enter and update financial transactions invoices and receipts in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts and verify discrepancies between records.
• Maintain organized records of all financial data and doentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to retrieve necessary data and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• ist with basic administrative tasks related to financial data and records.

Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience working with QuickBooks (1 year preferred).
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication ss and ability to work well with a team.
• Problemsolving ss with a proactive attitude toward improving data processes.
