Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Private Credit Portfolio Manager to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private credit markets strong ytical ss and a proven track record in portfolio management. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of private credit investments conducting thorough due diligence and working closely with stakeholders to optimize returns while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of private credit investments including direct lending mezzanine financing and distressed debt.

• Investment ysis: Conduct comprehensive financial ysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities essing creditworthiness and risk factors.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firms objectives ensuring optimal et allocation and risk management.

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review portfolio performance yze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary to enhance returns.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including credit ysts legal counsel and external fund managers to facilitate successful transactions.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders highlighting portfolio performance market insights and strategic recommendations.

• Market Research: Stay abreast of market developments regulatory changes and economic trends impacting the private credit landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 57 years of experience in private credit investment banking or related financial services.

• Proven track record of managing private credit portfolios with a strong understanding of credit ysis and risk management.

• Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to build relationships and present complex information clearly.

• Detailoriented with strong organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in relevant software and financial ysis tools.
