Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Growth Equity to lead our investment strategies manage portfolio companies and drive our growth initiatives. This role requires a strong track record in private equity or growth equity investing exceptional ytical ss and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy: Develop and execute investment strategies for sourcing and evaluating growth equity opportunities across sectors.
- Due Diligence: Lead thorough due diligence processes including financial modeling market ysis and competitive essments.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs management teams and industry partners.
- Portfolio Management: Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements strategic initiatives and growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Reporting: Prepare and present investment recommendations and updates to the investment committee and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in private equity growth equity investment banking or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
- Strong ytical quantitative and financial modeling ss.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Pion for working with innovative companies and driving growth.
