What youll be doing:

In this exciting highimpact role you will be responsible for identifying pitching and securing new tactical campaign opportunities with bluechip clients across a range of sectors including FMCG fashion electronics automotive leisure retail financial services and telecoms. Using your consultative sales approach and strong business aen you will engage with marketing and brand managers at all levels to understand their unique challenges and objectives then craft innovative TLC solutions to drive measurable results.

While the majority of your focus will be on securing 13 month campaign projects you may also have the opportunity to identify and hand off larger multiyear contract prospects to our specialist team. Working closely with our marketing creative and account management colleagues youll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences and accelerating TLCs ambitious growth plans.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience ideally in marketing advertising or the customer engagement space
  • Ability to quickly understand client pain points and translate them into creative highimpact TLC solutions
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation ss to influence decisionmakers
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business aen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles
  • Proactive entrepreneurial approach and pion for networking and building relationships
  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field (masters degree preferred)
  • Familiarity with loyalty SaaS media or other B2B sectors is a bonus
