Job Description

Position Overview: The Vice President of Portfolio Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our portfolio of projects and initiatives. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background exceptional leadership ss and a proven track record in managing complex portfolios. The VP will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the portfolio ensuring strategic alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance portfolio performance efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee project management odologies ensuring best practices are followed across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and yze portfolio performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and operational excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to elish and communicate the strategic vision for the portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their ss and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in portfolio management or operations with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
  • Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with financial management budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
