Delivery Technical Program Manager
Nashville TN (Onsite from Day 1)
JD:
- To enable the development of new competencies or solutions through the practice team for complex business challenges and cultivate or expand client relationships to identify new opportunities for collaboration
- To provide enterprise solutions and technical strategies for implementation and roadmaps for meeting customers IT and business vision
- To lead and build welldefined capability that meets the current business needs and future market demands based on HCLs business focus and growth plan
- To nurture and enhance customer connect at all levels
- Should be Nashville based
Additional Requirements:
A) Strong delivery and operational experience of 15 years
B) Ability to manage portfolio of 100 to 200 members team
C) Good customer facing and communication ss
D) Knowledge of digital technologies and patterns
E) Good understanding of distributed agile
F) Should have good understanding of Retail domain
