Job Description
Job Title*: Senior SuccessFactors Integration Developer (Must have Tibco or Integration Broker)
Work Location :Remote
Length of Contract / Duration: 12 Months
Description:
BASIC PURPOSE
Maintain and build integrations to and from SuccessFactors using API Integration Center and BTP/CPI. Elish best practices and build and modify integration to follow mature design principles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Develop Integrations:
- yze design develop and implement RESTful services and APIs.
- Create endtoend integration solutions using SAP CPI and other relevant tools.
- Build complex integration processes integrating cloudbased and onpremise enterprise applications.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Suite with various systems.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiently work with Groovy Java JavaScript Node.js and other API technologies.
- Configure sender and receiver adapters (IDoc SAP SuccessFactors FTP SFTP Mail OData REST SOAP Web service and HTTP).
- Implement prepackaged integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other applications.
- Disciplined approach to integration error handling.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with technical teams thirdparty system teams and functional consultants.
- Perform endtoend integration testing unit testing and integration testing.
- Trouble and resolve integration issues in production environments.
- Project Management:
- Manage project issues risks and change requests.
- Lead and motivate multiple project work streams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role you should have:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business MBA or related fields.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and related technologies. SAP HCM experience is a plus.
- Ss:
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors technical best practices
- Strong API development ss.
- Knowledge of BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Integration Center.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules including EC ECP LMS ONB PMGM RCM
- Agile odology and problemsolving abilities.
