Title: Test Technician
Pay: $40.00 $45.00/hr on W2!
Shift : Weekend Shift Hours 12 hours/day Friday Saturday and Sunday 5:00am to 5:30pm. 3x12 Weekend Shift
Location : Chelmsford MA
Duration : 12 months contract to begin with
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens with an active or PAST clearance

Job Description
Performs test tune and trouble of midrange to highly complex military RF microwave hybrid emblies. Duties also include testing units over temperature during vibration and mechanical shock as well as putting units into burnin ovens; testing is performed using state of the art standard specialized manual and automated test equipment to specifications outlined in specific module performance specifications and acceptance test procedures. Use of the computer is required to retrieve test procedures embly drawings and schematics as well as to input test yield data.
Performs a variety of electronic or electromechanical embly tasks in support of specific production units. Uses standard electronic embly tools and materials. May perform modifications rework and quality testing. Collaborate with RF Engineering Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and trouble product to specifications.

Basic Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in the test tune and trouble of RF Microwave Hybrid emblies
Familiarity with RF equipment: RF Signal Generator Spectrum yzers/Low Noise ysis Signal yzer Oscilloscope RF Power Meters PNA Network yzers.
Ability to work under a microscope as required to test tune and trouble RF microwave hybrid emblies and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers tweezers and other similar tools; Good dexterity eye/hand coordination
Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings; Good computer ss are required to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions as well as other job activities;
Experience operating computer driven mechanical vibration equipment
Experience soldering components in accordance with JSTD001 to support the tuning process
Experience with data ysis of RF Microwave test data
Experience in writing test procedures and troubleing from schematics
Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
High School Diploma required (no Bachelors degree required)
