Job Description
To strengthen our teams we are looking for an apprentice Customer Service istant (F/M) for our custommade products activity to work at our head office in FontenayauxRoses (92).
CIPEM subsidiary of ICAPE Group is focused on custommade technical parts in more than 10 families: plastic metal batteries power supplies cables keyboards transformers etc. for many sectors of industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a team you will participate in the following tasks:
- Process orders in our SAP system and follow them up
- Monitor the order book (Pull In & Push Out)
- Keep customers informed and alert them in advance of any change
- Receive orders process them and send them back to each customer on time
- Prepare shipping doents (delivery notice and invoices)
- Communicate with internal sales
- Actor of logistics efficiencies (transport warehousing)
- Interface with our office in China
- Able to yse the nonperformance with factual data
- Coordination with the Customer Service teams sales representatives and customers in an international context
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Sales or International trade International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred
- Fluent in French and good level of English writing and speaking
- Knowledge of MSOffice
- Knowing the ERP SAP is a plus but not mandatory
- Your listening ss are great (towards customers colleagues) you are empathetic
- You have excellent personal and sales ss
- You like all technical aspects
- You are reactive and know how to find relevant solutions
- You are also proactive determined and persevering with good interpersonal ss and team spirit
- You like communication and customer relations
