JOB DESCRIPTION Ticketing Fulfillment Professional

Location: Berlin Germany

Division: Central Europe / Fulfillment

Line Manager: Sandy Dohna

Contract Terms: Permanent Employee

THE TEAM

Our team is responsible for printing and sending tickets on time ensuring an excellent fan experience. We work collaboratively to streamline ticketing operations embrace innovative solutions and foster a culture of excellence. Together we prioritize communication efficiency and responsiveness to meet the needs of our fans and create memorable events.

THE JOB

Fulfilment is responsible for printing preparing and sending tickets to our customers both on paper and collectibles. In addition to these core activities we are responsible for resolving return issues such as wrang address or moving as weil as ensuring that each ticket is sent to the correct recipient. To achieve this we coordinate our team of packers so that there is always attention to detail. We are responsible for importing payments and connecting payments to their respective orders requesting refunds (when applicable) and rebooking seats (when necessary).

We are the entry point for receipts and the exit point for all shipments whether via traditional mail or express means. Maintaining a level of organization is necessary and essential to achieving our goals.

Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Book seats for specific events
  • Rebook seats in case of expired order/late payment
  • Prepare printing of tickets
  • Print Tickets and Collectibles on our m printers
  • Prepare shipping labels for service providers
  • Ensure printing quality avoiding customer complaints and the need for reprinting
  • Send equipment to customers
  • Control stock and request materials relevant to the sector such as envelopes labels and printing paper
  • Import payments and linking to orders
  • Request refunds in cases of double payment/processing error/seats running out
  • Ensure that the customer has the best fan experience possible from purchase to the day of the event
  • Contact the customer in case of an error in shipping processing such as problems with the address or failures in the shipping od
  • Correct and resend tickets in case of change of address.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SS)

  • Basic understanding of logistics and deadlines
  • Must have commitment and good teamwork
  • Hands On mentality
  • Basic computer knowledge Excel would be an advantage
  • Need to speak German fluently. English will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Multitasking ability would be considered a differential
