Role Summary
The Training Specialist Process Optimization will play a critical role in driving process improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma odologies. This position is responsible for enhancing existing training catalogs or developing new content to educate colleagues and leaders on process improvement tools and odologies. The specialist will guide the doentation of current state processes identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will bring handson experience in process optimization including cycle time reduction quality enhancement risk mitigation and automation. They must thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment handling ambiguity with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Review validate and update existing training materials related to process management and engineering ensuring alignment with current standards.
- Design and develop new training content including materials guides templates workbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive engagement through awareness campaigns utilizing communication tools such as emails videos town halls and team meetings to promote training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions both inperson and virtually and develop recorded training for broader distribution.
- Provide coaching and posttraining support to ensure participants can effectively apply the tools and odologies learned.
- Evaluate employee performance posttraining delivering constructive and actionable feedback.
- Continuously update training materials based on process changes and improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training activities and track employee progress.
- Identify gaps in measurement tools and implement solutions yzing operational data to generate reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to set goals manage expectations and create detailed transition plans ensuring operational continuity and benefits realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8 years of relevant work experience in process improvement and optimization
- Experience leading project or Agile teams
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
- Advanced Agile certification or equivalent 5 years of Agile experience
- Preferred: PROSCI or equivalent change management certification
- Preferred: Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
