Tasks
- Manage the procurement and delivery process of products for the Cofix coffee chain in Mexico from the initial search for products and suppliers to delivery to the coffee shops.
- Ensure timely availability of products in the coffee shops in the right quantity quality and with correct doentation at optimal prices.
- Have knowledge of and maintain the ortment characteristics and purpose of products used in the company including food products ingredients packaging materials household chemicals and cleaning inventory. The number of SKUs is approximately 500.
- Process orders from coffee shops to suppliers in the ERP accounting system and via email on a daily basis.
- Maintain the procurement and logistics module of the ERP accounting system on a daily basis and keep master data up to date.
- Upload invoices from goods and services suppliers on a daily basis in the EBI24 system.
- Issue invoices to partners for products and services in the EBI24 system on a weekly basis.
- yze the market find the best offers for the chains products develop existing suppliers and search for new ones as well as negotiate commercial terms.
- Conduct tenders for products.
- Introduce new suppliers including contractual work.
- Manage claims with suppliers and act as a contact person between coffee shops and suppliers.
- Timely track the need for various products collect requests for the purchase of necessary products from other departments and create a list of requirements.
- ist other departments in resolving issues related to procurement activities.
- Interact with franchise partners regarding product deliveries.
- yze the companys procurement activities turnover and warehouse stocks based on data from the ERP accounting system and the QlikView reporting system.
- Optimize the purchasing departments business processes including preparing requirements for ERP system improvements.
- Other tasks related to procurement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement preferably in HoReCa business.
- Knowledge of the Mexican supplier market. This includes food products ingredients packaging materials household chemicals and cleaning inventory.
- Knowledge of business etiquette both written and spoken the ability to negotiate secure deals and resolve conflicts.
- Experience working with ERP systems/customer order processing systems.
- Experience in contract negotiation for supply/transport and handling customer and transport company claims.
- Proficiency in Excel Outlook and the ability to quickly and easily learn software used within the organization.
- English language knowledge at a preIntermediate level or higher.
- Accuracy punctuality ytical thinking attentiveness stress resistance persistence and good communication ss.
