Your mission

• Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision roadmap and strategy for Circunomics battery ytics and lifecycle management systems including marketplace functionalities.
• Market Research & ysis: Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory changes technological advancements competitive landscape and customer needs continuously evolve the product offering and inform product development decisions.
• Product Backlog Management: Own manage and groom the product backlog ensuring that features and improvements are welldefined organized prioritized and aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Feature Development: Translate business requirements into clear concise actionable user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on battery ytics lifecycle optimization and marketplace integration.
• CustomerCentric Focus: Understand the needs of battery manufacturers fleet operators energy providers BESS manufactures and recyclers ensuring that the platform addresses their pain points and drives value through predictive ytics AI insights and efficient lifecycle management.
• DataDriven Decisions: Leverage data insights and ytics to inform product decisions measure success and continuously improve platform performance.
• Product Doentation & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and concise product doentation user guides and training materials for both internal teams stakeholders and external customers.
• Product Launch & Iteration: Support the launch of new features and products gathering user feedback and iterating based on data and insights.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or in a similar role ideally within the battery industry automotive energy storage or a technologyfocused environment (e.g. AI IoT data ytics).
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of battery technologies lifecycle management or ytics platforms. Experience with AIpowered ytics marketplace solutions or data platforms is highly desirable.
• Agile odology: Proven experience working in agile development environments including managing sprints backlogs and user stories.
• Leadership Ss: Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate effectively with engineers designers and business stakeholders.
• ytical Mindset: Strong ytical ss with the ability to make datadriven decisions and prioritize based on business and customer impact.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal and presentation ss with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• ProblemSolving: A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding creative solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working with external stakeholders such as battery manufacturers OEMs recyclers or energy companies is a plus.
