Key Responsibilities
Carry your own caseload with complete autonomy.
Lead your own team of ociates Paralegals and istants.
Fight against employers in trials and litigation.
Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and costeffectively for clients.
Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in employment matters.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
At least seven years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
Superior ytical and legal research ss.
Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Exceptional organizational ss including time management.
