Position: Power Platform Developer

Location: Fully Remote (Preference for candidates near Aberdeen Proving Grounds MD)
Customer: MilTech Solutions PEO C3T
Salary: $130k (Direct Hire)
Security Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance required
Overview:
Data Systems ysts Inc. is looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our Enterprise Services Group Business Unit. This position supports a dynamic government customer working closely with Army HR teams and stakeholders to deliver robust Power BI Power Apps Power Automate and data visualization solutions. The role provides the opportunity for professional growth and career development while supporting the Army's MilTech Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to define project requirements manage expectations and deliver highquality data visualizations.
- Create dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Power BI to support key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage data models ensuring compliance with security and customer needs.
- Communicate project plans roadmaps and schedules to stakeholders both formally and informally.
- Provide training and develop reference materials for Power Platform tools and solutions.
- Manage Power BI Premium Capacity workspaces and ensure effective use of resources.
Required Ss & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps development Power Automate and SharePoint Online (SPO).
- Handson experience with Army 365 (A365) or Microsoft Office 365.
- Proficient in data modeling data visualization and data security concepts.
- Ability to gather and yze requirements effectively.
Required Certifications:
- CompTIA Security (or equivalent security certification).
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL100 PL200 or PL400) preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Army or Department of Defense (DoD) Human Resources systems and processes.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Access and experience with Army Vantage.
- Proficiency with Dataverse for data storage and management.

- Location: Fully remote (preference for candidates near Aberdeen Proving Grounds MD).
- Hours: Standard working hours with potential flexibility.
