Job Description
This is a remote position.
Director of Communications (Marketing):
Fully Remote (So Cal or So Fla preferred)
110120k base bonus.
We seek a dynamic Director of Communications to spearhead our strategic communication initiatives. You will craft and implement impactful communication strategies enhancing our brand image internally and externally. This role involves developing compelling narratives managing public relations and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multichannel communication strategies including marketing automation customer journey mapping and PR.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals fostering alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated communication plans and materials.
- Leverage marketing automation and customer journey mapping for optimized customer experiences.
- Oversee public relations activities media relations and crisis communication.
- Track and yze communication effectiveness refining strategies based on datadriven insights.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of B2C and B2B email marketing experience.
- 7 years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and writing ss.
