Job Description

The White City OR chemical manufacturing plant is looking to hire a Tech 1 maintenance professional. This is an entry level technician position with room to grow and develop. The maintenance manager is a former Air Force Munitions Inspector.

He is looking for a technically capable veteran who wants a career in the specialty chemical/industrial maintenance industry. He will invest in you by sending you to training cles as well as the normal OJT training with a senior technician.

This role involves a lot of preventative maintenance. The reactive maintenance is mostly piping and control systems. Along with the supporting equipment. This is a unique opportunity for those veterans who did not receive extensive technical training in the military but who want a technical role.

The manager is looking for the DNA of a veteran with some type of technical experience. He is not approved to hire a seasoned technician hence the tech 1 pay range of $23$26/hr. to start. Your pay will grow as you learn the business and prove your value.

This is a SundayThursday role working/1600. There is overtime available.

Requirements

Military veteran with some technical experience. Willingness to learn the systems and take training courses.
