Description
Develop control software for Siemens PLCs and visualization and monitoring software for our machines.
Doentation: Create comprehensive doentation (including program descriptions and user manuals) while ensuring complete data backup and archiving.
Prepare validation doents such as Functional Specifications (FS) Hardware Design Specifications (HDS) Software Design Specifications (SDS) and Installation/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) protocols.
Commissioning: Perform commissioning of machines and systems worldwide.
Customer Interaction: Conduct demonstrations training sessions and revisions at customer sites. Additionally provide mentorship to apprentices in the automation field upon request.
Support: Provide technical support to colleagues and customers leveraging your specialized knowledge.
Product Development: Work on igned development tasks aimed at improving our products.
Requirements
Educational Background: education in electrical engineering or software or automation engineering
Experience: Proficiency in programming Siemens TIA portal PLCs process visualization systems and Siemens HMIs along with experience with various fieldbus systems.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Instrumentation and Control (I&C) and electrical engineering.
Basic knowledge in ATEX or GAMP is a plus
Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel (approximately 1020%).
Language Ss: Strong command of English and knowledge in German
