Job Description
The Senior Application Developer Software Engineer will be responsible for the design/implementation/maintenance/enduser support for complex clientfocused proprietary securitization applications used internally by professionals to deliver services to the Securitization marketplace. Other responsibilities include:Develop an indepth understanding of Securitized transactions specifically focusing on asset cash flow and waterfall modeling. Analyze industry trends recommend and implement enabling technology solutions. Define & analyze business & user requirements for new / enhanced product & reporting functionality for the group cash flow modeling tool Niagara. Program test and document all components of internally developed systems including user interfaces business logic and data access.Perform quality assurance & enduser acceptance testing to ensure the product satisfies enduser requirements. Consult with other professionals as to system capabilities and work with them to implement new enhancements or reporting to address new or modified deal structures. Design implement and maintain backend database structures used to support CLO transactions. Communicate with technical and business leaders about business requirements system related capabilities programming progress and enhancement status.

This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 inoffice days at local Deloitte office per week. Travel costs are not reimbursable.
Experience with Selenium & Java and testing APIs using Rest Assured
Experience in Data Platform MDM Data pipelines ETL data processing and Data APIs
Proficient in SQL Queries and data creation/validation
Experience in Azure and/or AWS ecosystems desired
Experience with CI/CD pipelines insprint test automation and CI integration
Working knowledge and extensive experience in various types of testing (Unit Integration API Smoke System Performance etc.) is required
Working knowledge of test planning test data management automated & manual test execution and test management tools to support complex data and cloud landscape
Working knowledge with Oracle Teradata SQL Server ETL tools and data warehouse architectures highly preferred
Working knowledge of QA methodologies life cycle and processes
Key Skillsets:
7 years of experience as an automation engineer
Solid experience using Selenium cucumber serenity
7 experience with Java or Design code test deploy and maintain automation solutions
Experience working in an Agile environment
Able to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
