Position: Sales Support Specialists Working hours: MF; 8 am to 5 pm CST Salary: USD Commissions (TBD upon hiring)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with:
Inbound and Outbound Leads:
Call and email to validate inbound leads.
Gather all specs/details to generate accurate quotes.
Create and send quotes.
Follow up on leads uncover key decision makers and ign validated leads to each market sector.
Notify relevant parties about received or incoming purchase orders and doent all aspects of the sales cycle in a CRM.
Sales Materials and Presentations:
Present quotes to customers.
ist in creating various sales materials including maintaining/updating slideshows and case studies.
Supplier Management:
Inquire about lead times and pricing to generate/complete quotes.
Update the sales team on supplier lead time and pricing changes as needed.
ist in providing necessary information to include new components in the accounting system.
Supporting Customers and Sales Team Requests:
Develop a strong rapport with customers and the sales team.
Grasp product knowledge and relay product information to achieve a sale.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of an ociate Degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience in sales and marketing.
Experience:
At least 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience in an industrial environment particularly in the oil and gas industry or equivalent education.
Technical background with electrical and/or mechanical products is a significant plus.
Proven experience with CRM systems and other relevant tools.

Exceptional time management ss with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication ss with the ability to clearly convey technical data.
Excellent interpersonal ss capable of building rapport with customers suppliers and internal teams.
Critical attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Aptitude for problemsolving and generating creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and autonomously while supporting the organization’s goals and values.
Understanding of how your role impacts others within the organization and a commitment to using resources effectively.
Experience interacting effectively with senior management and leadership across various functions.
