Job Title: Executive istant (Business and Personal Support)
Salary: $1200 $1500/month
Location: Remote (LATAMpreferred)
Work Hours: GMT3 (9 AM 5 PM Sunday to Thursday)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive istant with 25 years of experience to provide comprehensive support across business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will handle tasks such as email and call triage task management calendar scheduling and travel arrangements. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure smooth operations and efficient time management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage incoming emails and calls filtering important information for timely responses.
Oversee and organize tasks using Asana ensuring deadlines are met and following up with team members like Andrew and Mike.
Schedule and coordinate meetings ensuring the executive's day runs smoothly and efficiently.
Track and post updates on social media platforms as needed.
Plan and organize travel itineraries for both business and personal trips for the executive and his wife.
Ensure timely followup on emails tasks and meetings maintaining communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
25 years of experience as an Executive istant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Asana calendar management social media and task management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication ss in English.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.
Additional Details:
You will either respond as yourself or from the executive's account depending on preferences elished over time.
Candidates will be presented within 24 weeks with interviews expected to begin by midnext week.
