Position: Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and interview potential candidates for various positions within the maritime industry
Utilize various recruitment ods such as job boards social media and networking events to attract top talent
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our database
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the job market to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective
Attend job fairs and other industry events to promote our company and attract potential candidates
ist with the onboarding process for new hires including coordinating travel arrangements and completing necessary paperwork
Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the maritime industry
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques for cruiseships
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
Strong organizational and timemanagement ss
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Google Suites and experience with applicant tracking systems
Has a solid background in managing visa procedures
