Position: Recruiter
Working Schedule: 7am4pm CST (US Business Hours)
Salary Range : $1200$1500 USD Monthly Base Salary Commission
Role Description
This is a fulltime remote role for a Recruiter at a growing U.S.based company. The Recruiter will be responsible for defined responsibilities as outlined below.
As a Recruiter you will be instrumental in identifying and connecting talented individuals with diverse opportunities across international markets. Serving as a primary contact for candidates you will work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their specific talent needs. Your role will encompass coordinating the recruitment process managing key relationships and actively enhancing our recruitment strategies for sustained success.
Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience in Recruitment or RPO
- Strong sourcing people support and decisionmaking skills
- Able to deliver exceptional candidate quality in line with the clients role expectations
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment management tools and software eg RCRM Workable etc
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective candidates gaining insights into their skills career aspirations and alignment with the requirements of the client role expectations.
- Conduct preliminary assessment processes including resume reviews screenings and evaluations of candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate closely with client partners to thoroughly understand their talent needs and ensure recruitment outcomes meet their specific requirements.
- Streamline interview and onboarding procedures effectively across various time zones and regions.
- Monitor analyze and report on recruitment metrics to support the ongoing optimization of global recruitment strategies.
- Work collaboratively across internal teams to foster transparent communication and deliver a cohesive talent experience.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of global recruitment best practices legal regulations and industry trends.
