Job Description
We are seeking a highly sed and motivated Software Quality urance Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality urance odologies excellent ytical ss and the ability to lead and mentor a team of quality urance engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality urance process for software development projects.
- Develop implement and maintain QA processes and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Design and execute test strategies plans and cases for software applications.
- Lead a team of QA engineers providing guidance mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and project managers to deliver highquality software products.
- Conduct regular testing including functional regression performance and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor and report on the quality and performance of software products identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and implement automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software quality urance and testing.
- Manage QA budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality urance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of QA odologies tools and processes.
- Excellent ytical and problemsolving ss.
- Proficient in test management software and automated testing tools.
- Strong leadership and team management ss.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Desired Experience:
- 5 years of experience in software quality urance and testing.
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing QA teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum odologies.
- Handson experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
