Your Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist youll engage with highprofile clients of a leading digital bank in Europe. Youll provide expert savings advice and introduce them to innovative banking products that promise high returns. Your mission Deliver an exceptional customer experience through various communication channels including calls emails WhatsApp and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- ist bank customers with inquiries related to account management access issues transfers and more.
- Manage backoffice tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence.
- Promote a range of innovative banking products tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding product transparency and client protection.
- Report and follow up on any anomalies that arise during client interactions.
- Meet quality standards and sales targets set by the organization.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration Mathematics Law or a related field is highly valued.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1C2 level) and English (B2 level).
