Real Estate Paralegal Senior
Our client is a wellelished law firm based in Vancouver recognized for their comprehensive legal services. They are searching for a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join their real estate division. This role demands a highly organized detailoriented individual with excellent multitasking and communication ss.
Key Responsibilities:
- isting in commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to completion
- Conducting and reviewing due diligence searches including Land Title and BC Online searches
- Drafting various legal doents related to real estate sales purchases refinancing and commercial mortgages
- Handling registrations and other security filings
- Organizing client files and reviewing outstanding matters
- Liaising with all internal and external parties involved in the transaction
- Performing other duties as required
What They Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Proven mentorship and leadership ss
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational ss and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication ss
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
