Job Description
Haztech has openings for qualified SECURITY GUARDS to join our team on a casual basis for events in Regina Saskatchewan at Mosaic Stadium and other various projects.
Role Description
As a member of Haztech’s Security team you will be responsible for providing security services at events in Regina Saskatchewan. Responsibilities can include screen teams family members and affiliates regulate and control access points respond to any complaints deescalate situations and use judgement and deal with the public in a friendly and professional manner. You will not be dealing with direct public in this role. You are working in the lower bowls with CFL teams coaches and officials. Your high level of professionalism and customer service abilities will make you an exceptional addition to the events and Haztech's team.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain a positive relationship with Haztech’s management team and crew on site.
- Secure the premises and screen patrons.
- Take appropriate preventative and protective actions in response to safety and security incidents related to client property and patrons.
- Regulate and control access points.
- Respond to any complaints or crowd control issues and decide what actions to take based on the situation facts known and position limitations.
Qualifications Ss & Competencies
- Completion of 40hour Sask Justice Security Guard Training Course
- Valid Saskatchewan cl 5 license
- Ability to obtain criminal record clearance
- Reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certificate preferred
- Ability to be fully alert and aware of surroundings
- Commitment to consistent accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service ss.
- Independent judgement and decision making.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Professionally represent Haztech and provide exceptional service.

Licence/Certification:
- 40 hr Sask Security Guard course (required)
