Job Description

A valued client of GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is seeking an ERP Support yst to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing ERPrelated inquiries from end users through a ticketing system acting as a system expert and providing end user training. The yst will work closely with end users to identify areas for process improvement and will yze support patterns to share insights with the ERP Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer daytoday operations of the ERP system (Epicor).
  • Doent ERP processes and create troubleing and ticket resolution guides.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for new feature implementation collaborating with management and end users to integrate improvements.
  • ist in developing reports and dashboards to enhance data ysis and business intelligence.
  • Streamline internal processes and data flow for greater efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleing istance for ERPrelated issues.
  • Manage system user access permissions and security settings.
  • Participate in the planning management and of software installations and system upgrades.
  • Provide training for general use new features functions and thirdparty addons.

Education & Ss Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; ociate degree or higher preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with ERP systems. Epicor Preferred
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining user training doentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication ss.
  • Excellent problemsolving organizational and ytical ss.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook.

Working Conditions:

  • The role requires frequent use of hands fingers and handling of objects. Occasional standing walking and lifting/moving up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
  • Visual abilities include close vision distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Background and Drug Screening:

All candidates must undergo a background check and drug screen prior to employment. The background check will review your employment history education and criminal records. A drug screen will test for illegal and controlled substances. Disclosures regarding prescription drug use are required and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
