Job Description: (FB) Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Luxury Hotel Ro San Juan Dominican Republic
Salary: $3000 (Accommodation included)
Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Management
- Supervise daily operations of restaurants bars and catering ensuring highquality standards.
- Design and execute exclusive menus in collaboration with the Chef adapting to international and local trends.
Quality Control
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene safety and sustainability across all food and beverage areas.
Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure a memorable guest experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Build relationships with guests to offer personalized service.
Staff Management
- Recruit train and supervise F&B staff ensuring alignment with the hotels values.
- Set performance goals and lead through motivation and continuous training.
Financial Management
- Control food and beverage costs optimizing budget and profitability.
- yze monthly financial reports and adjust operations to meet goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage management in luxury or boutique hotels.
- Languages: Advanced English (essential); other languages are a plus.
- Education: University degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
- Ss: Strong customer service focus leadership and the ability to work under pressure.
- Availability: Only for foreigners or Dominican residents currently living in the Dominican Republic.
