Role Overview:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will take a leadership role within the department overseeing the daily responsibilities of your team and mentoring staff in technical ss and career growth. You will manage projects of all sizes from concept through to construction completion collaborating closely with inhouse teams across multiple disciplines. In this role you will engage directly with clients ensure the highest level of technical excellence and guide the project team to deliver outstanding outcomes on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor mechanical engineering staff focusing on both technical expertise and professional development.
• Manage projects from initial concept through construction completion ensuring crossdiscipline coordination with inhouse teams.
• Lead project management activities including client engagement technical oversight and team coordination to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15 years of experience in the A/E industry with proven project management success.
• Strong mechanical engineering expertise with knowledge across related fields.
