Total remuneration package: up to $370,000 DEPARTMENT:- Busy birthing suite (approx. 650 deliveries p.a.) and outpatient clinics (including ANC, Gynaecology, High Risk Obstetrics and Colposcopy)
- Surgical services including minimally invasive, open and laparoscopic surgery
- JMO support (Accredited Registrar /- Rural Generalists, SRMO and RMO)
- Links to a well-elished Department of Paediatrics with Special Care Nursery
- Close relationship with the University of Newcastle Department of Rural Health with teaching students in Year 3 5 of the Joint Medical Program. Appointment as a Conjoint Academic is encouraged (level commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Ss & Qualifications required:- A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways.
- Evidence of being a medical expert, demonstrated by recent and comprehensive experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- Evidence of being a scholar, maintains medical professional development and has the ability to ist other staff, including trainees in the acquisition and development of knowledge.
- Evidence of being a sed communicator, including both oral and written ss, communicating with patients, students, other health professionals and the public.
