Experienced CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder will manufacture customer cutting tools in an autonomous environment

Job description
Experienced CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder will manufacture customer cutting tools in an autonomous environment
- Write new and or modify customer programs for cutting tools and end mills
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously when possible (ANCA (FastGrind and MX7) TruTech Revolution Rush Wheel Dresser Rush EasyCut)
- Maintain all equipment and coordinate thirdparty support when required
- Maintain inventory of grinding wheels all other machinery and equipment requirements
- Design and schedule jobs to maintain appropriate inventory levels and customer service levels
Schedule:
- 6am 3pm hour shift
- Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday shift (4 hours)
- Overtime
- CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding: 5 years (minimum)
