The Cold Caller/Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients introducing the companys services and setting appointments for the sales team. This role plays a key part in lead generation and qualification helping to drive the growth of the business by identifying potential clients and ensuring they are properly handed off to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be persuasive goaloriented and have a strong understanding of basic sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists and CRM tools aiming to introduce the companys services.
- Client Engagement: Clearly and effectively communicate the value propositions of our services engaging prospects with a persuasive approach.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on elished criteria by asking openended questions and gathering relevant client information.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls appointments and client interactions within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all leads are properly handled providing them with detailed notes on client interactions.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made and appointments set.
- Feedback and Strategy Improvement: Provide feedback to improve the quality of leads and suggest strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferably in a salesdriven environment.
- Ss: Strong verbal communication persuasive and negotiation ss with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Sales Techniques: Familiarity with general sales techniques including openended questioning trial closing and lead qualification strategies.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to manage leads and track interactions.
- Technical Ss: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Teams and general computer ss. Must be able to type at a minimum of 4050 words per minute.
- GoalOriented: Ability to work independently stay motivated and consistently meet or exceed set targets.
- Amenable to working Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (US/Canada)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with lead generation and appointmentsetting strategies in fastpaced environments.
- Strong organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $650 $750 per month $50 allowance
