Job Description
Qualification:
- Must possess a Bachelors/College Degree of any course
- At least 1 year of audit work experience involving calls files and processes. Also engaged in operations calls for onboarding training calibration performance evaluation coaching and data management within the BPO industry.
- Must have excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication ss
- Must be customer service oriented and detailoriented
- Must be flexible organized adaptable and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
