Job Description

We are looking for someone interested in working in AlUla season

in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 6 months

Job Summary:

The Lead Barista is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a coffee shop ensuring highquality customer service and maintaining a positive work environment. This role involves training and managing staff maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Recruit hire and train new baristas
    • Supervise and mentor staff providing ongoing feedback and support
    • Schedule shifts and ign tasks to ensure efficient operations
    • Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely manner
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
    • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
  • Operations Management:
    • Open and close the coffee shop ensuring all procedures are followed
    • Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shop
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure that all coffee drinks are prepared according to company standards
    • Monitor the quality of ingredients and equipment
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency
  • Financial Management:
    • ist with cash handling and reconciliation
    • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a barista or coffee shop manager
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal ss
  • Excellent communication and customer service ss
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
  • Food safety certification (preferred)
