Job Description
Location: Dallas TX
Salary: 175000USD to 200000USD annually
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases including personal injury and property damage.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
- Develop and implement case strategies from start to trial or settlement.
- Participate in depositions mediations and court appearances.
- Keep clients informed and provide legal advice throughout the process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for efficient case management.
- Maintain accurate case records.
- Stay updated on insurance defense law and fulfill CLE requirements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with CLE requirements.
