Job Description
Seeking a Creative and Innovative Regional HR Generalist with a desire to be part of a growing organization in the Entertainment Industry.
This role is an Onsite position. We have worldcl epic campuses in Lititz PA and Nashville TN. While Lititz is home base you could be based in Nashville as well at our Rock Nashville campus.
If based in Nashville TN the expectation will be consistent time spent in Lititz PA.
Our client Rock Lititz/ Rock Nashville is a oneofakind production community that supports innovative creativity within the live event industry. With resources ranging from design engineering and manufacturing through rehearsals and beyond Rock Lititz is a onestopshop to collaborate on any live experience. With some recent mergers we are now looking for a Regional HR Generalist to work with multiple locations throughout the US and be there to support future growth that is to come. You would be in a unique position to drive create standardize and roll out HR operations policies programs and growth metrics.

You can rock this position if you have 5 to 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience an ability and proven track record of getting things done are selfmotivated (this is a oneperson team) and the drive to be part of a creative fun and employeecentered organization. We are looking for someone who has multiple location oversight and is willing to travel 30% to 35%. Your travel time will be onsite in some of the biggest music industry towns Austin Houston and then Lititz PA. Must thrive at problemsolving.
We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP Certification are preferred.

- Create Standardize and Rollout HR Operations
- Travel 30% to 35% of the year (You would need to be in Lititz for the first 3 to 4 months; two weeks in Lititz/two weeks in Nashville; then you would add Lititz into the regular travel rotation)
