Oversee daytoday venue operations as delegated by VP Stadium Business Development/General Manager
Elish and lead a sed operational staff for venue operation
Foster a culture that identifies and capitalizes on opportunities for improvement
Develop and execute safety and security measures to maintain secure environment
Oversee design and implementation of venue parking and transportation plan
Collaborate with Technology lead to implement technology solutions for customer service and operational efficiency
Manage all elements affecting the fan experience including traffic/parking and safety services
Design and spearhead fan experience program to elevate the invenue product
Drive innovation in service policies and infrastructure to enhance guest experience
Cultivate and maintain key relationships with local and federal law enforcement fire departments and city officials
Oversee scheduling and labor allocation for efficiency and productivity
Hold a Bachelors degree in business facility management hospitality or a relevant field
Have 7 years of experience in facility management and managing individuals
Have a track record in managing convention centers stadiums arenas or similar event facilities
Be organized capable of meeting tight deadlines and thrive in a highpressure environment
Be dedicated to developing an outstanding facility operations department
Have indepth knowledge of all aspects of facility management
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends nights and holidays.
