You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated and resultsoriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with igned clients ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. In this role you will act as the main point of contact for clients providing exceptional service and support to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with igned clients understanding their business needs and challenges.
Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase client satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts working to expand our offerings and services.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance metrics and client feedback to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Regular Communication: Conduct regular checkins with clients to discuss their needs provide updates and address any concerns.
Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status performance and growth opportunities to management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of account management or clientfacing experience preferably in specific industry e.g. technology services etc..
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication ss with the ability to engage and influence clients.
RelationshipBuilding Ss: Strong interpersonal ss with a customerfocused mindset.
ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to yze client needs and develop effective solutions.
Organizational Ss: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other account management tools.
