You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and resultsoriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background excellent leadership ss and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:Territory Management: Develop and implement a territory sales plan that aligns with company objectives focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Sales Strategy Development: Identify key market opportunities and create strategies to penetrate and expand within the territory.
Client Relationship Building: Elish and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Performance Monitoring: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team track performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Market ysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitor activities and customer needs identifying opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management highlighting performance challenges and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a territory management or managerial role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and effectively managing a territory.
Leadership Ss: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication ss with the ability to engage and influence clients and team members.
ytical Ss: Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decisionmaking.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
