IT Security Manager

We are looking for a sed IT Security Manager to lead our security efforts at Augment Jobs. You will be responsible for safeguarding our information systems and ensuring the integrity of our data.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk essments.
• Monitor network traffic for suious activity and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure practices are followed.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff regarding security best practices.
• Stay current with emerging threats and trends in IT security.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field.
• Proven experience in IT security management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST).
• Familiarity with firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS and other security technologies.
• Strong ytical and problemsolving ss.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
