Augment Jobs is looking for a creative and detailoriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing userfriendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our platforms. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design consistency.
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and doentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Understanding of usercentered design principles and odologies.
- Excellent communication ss and the ability to work collaboratively.
