Augment Jobs is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager (Tech) to lead the development and of our product strategies. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver cuttingedge solutions that align with our business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Define product vision strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Gather and yze user feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Prioritize product features based on market trends customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor product performance ensuring continuous improvement postlaunch.
- Manage product budgets timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager preferably in techrelated fields.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and odologies (Agile Scrum).
- Excellent communication leadership and ytical ss.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with market research and user experience (UX) principles.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
