As our Litigation Legal istant you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients’ interests often in groundbreaking and newsworthy cases.
Compensation:
- $50000 $90000 depending on experience
- This is a nonexempt position that is eligible for overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally communicate with clients experts courts and defense counsel
- Prepare doents for filing in both state and federal courts
- Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
- ist in drafting pleadings and complaints
- Manage and calendar court deadlines
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Maintain organized case files
Qualifications:
- 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to act independently and in a teambased environment
- Strong written and oral communication ss
- Confident in a paperless work environment
- Knowledge of eFiling and California rules
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational ss
- Type at least 40 wpm
