Job Description
Job Title: Immediate Offer Pharmacist
Location: READING PA 19601
Payrate: $70/hourly
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 32 Hours

Days: Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on the use dosage and potential side effects of medications.
- Review prescriptions to ensure they are appropriate for the patient and check for potential drug interactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and doentation.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Valid state pharmacist license.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication ss.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ss:
- Pharmacology Knowledge: Understanding drug actions interactions and effects.
- Patient essment: Evaluating patients medication needs and responses.
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM): Optimizing theutic outcomes for patients.
- Disease Management: Knowledge of chronic and acute disease states
- ProblemSolving: Identifying and resolving medicationrelated issues..
