Position: Finance Manager (CFO)

We are a dynamic and growing group of companies based in Muscat Oman seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Finance Manager (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. As part of our executive team you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement the groups financial strategy in alignment with longterm business goals.
- Financial Planning & ysis: Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial performance ysis ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements per international accounting standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
- Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage cash flow working capital and capital expenditure to maintain liquidity and optimize returns.
- Investment & Growth: Oversee investment opportunities money markets mergers and acquisitions to support the groups expansion objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Stakeholder Communication: Report financial performance to the executive team board of directors and other key stakeholders.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field. Advanced certifications such as CMA CPA CFA and MBA are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in finance with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Ss:
Strong understanding of international accounting standards taxation and financial regulations.
Excellent financial modeling budgeting and forecasting ss.
Proven experience in risk management capital allocation and strategic financial planning.
Leadership and team management experience with strong communication ss.
Ability to drive business growth through innovative financial strategies.
