What you will do at Signaturit

At Signaturit we are transforming the redesigning the standards ofesignature frameworks and movingto a comprehensive digital transaction security platform leveraging cuttingedge technologies.As we expand we are looking for a highly organized and technically sed Customer Operations Onboarding Specialist to join our CSM team and play a pivotal role in our growth alongside a solid team.

In this role youll work closely with our Revenue and Product teams ensuring seamless project delivery for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include but not be strictly limited to;

Operations Management:

• Design and propose improvements and solutions to optimize existing processes in the internal Operations department.
• Elish objectives scope timelines and required resources for projects with main stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor process changes at Signaturit Group. Track and evaluate the achieved results.

Onboarding project Management:

• The implementation of Signaturit Group solutions in our Customers
• yze and doent existing projects from a functional standpoint and ideally from a technical standpoint as well.
• Coordinate and lead internal resources during the project .
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestone and deliverable completion. Additionally identify and manage projectrelated risks and deviations.
• Regularly report project status and results to Signaturit management and/or customer key stakeholders.

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

Technical Knowledge

• Experience in process management and continuous improvement odologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as Agile or SCRUM among others.
• Ability to use project management software and process visualization tools.

ytical Ss

• Ability to yze data and provide accurate diagnoses of processes.
• Proficiency in process mapping.
• Ability to identify critical points and areas of improvement in processes and projects.

Management ss

• Excellent communication ss and ability to work in a team.
• Capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Problemsolving ss and effective decisionmaking ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a wide project portfolio.
