WELCOME TO SITA

PURPOSE

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including government customer business owners projects operations managers IT teams and endusers to understand business needs and requirements.
• yse and doent existing government operations processes identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work with the customer to ist in getting maximum value from SITA solutions.
• Gather and doent detailed business requirements translating them into functional specifications process or data flow definition for technology solutions.
• Work and ist on data migration requirements and data mapping.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration ods .
• Hands on experience and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and facilitate effective communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders including maintaining traceability matrix and accurate definition of done.
• Conduct feasibility studies impact yses and gap essments for proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• ist in designing testing and implementing software solutions ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards including defining test plan and scenarios.
• Perform data ysis and provide insights to drive informed decisionmaking within the government projects/domain.
• Oversee igned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) based on predefined acceptance criteria and facilitate training sessions for endusers to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations.
• Initiate contact with airlines to follow up on data quality issues.

EXPERIENCE

• University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar.
• Where applicable a recognised professional qualification is desirable

• At least 8 years experience working in the area of Border Management systems as business ysis or system support.
• Software development background preferred.
• Excellent communication ss in Arabic and English.
• Excellent doentation and presentation ss.
• Software development and test process (waterfall or Agile).
• Functional knowledge relating to airline data risk essment command centres.
